Our History and Background

SIC-FSL is jointly owned by SIC Insurance Company Limited and SIC Life Company Limited in a 70:30 shareholding ratio. The company was incorporated on 31^ST May 2005 and commenced business on 1st, June 2005.

We are also licenced by the National Pensions Regulatory Authority (NPRA) to manage pension schemes and were one of the few fund managers selected to manage the Temporary Pensions Account
