Jonathan Mawuli Dzaisu is a private legal practitioner who currently Heads the Chambers of Dzaisu, Eshun & Partners Legal Consult (Salt & Light Chambers) which he co-founded with his partner in 2021. He also heads the Legal Affairs Team of Global Relief Consult aside the office he occupies as the Company Secretary. Jonathan Esq., does general practice and represent clients in both Civil and Criminal cases before the Courts in Ghana.
Prior to the establishment of his law firm and further being appointed to the Ghana office of Global Relief Consult (GRC), he worked as an Associate lawyer at Kuukuaa Legal Consulting where he specialized in International Commercial law, Health law, Land law, Labour law and Criminal law. Despite his brief legal practice of 4-years spanning 2016-2020 at Kuukua Legal Consulting, he distinguished himself within the legal fraternity as his name became a household name (Dzaisu meaning “stop crying”) in the media landscape for his excellence and contribution particularly to the criminal justice system in Ghana for representing clients on matters of national interest.
Dzaisu holds a Master’s Degree in Public International Law and International Maritime Law from the International Maritime Law Institute, Malta (IMLI). He also holds a Masters degree in Public Health from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
Prequel to his journey to the Ghana Bar, at Mouncrest Univerty, he had a beautiful experience as a teacher at the Ghana International School (GIS) between 2010-2016 where he specialized in occupational safety and first aid with International Certification from the West African Rescue Association (WARA) and Fédération Internationale de Natation (FINA). He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Sports (HPERS) from the University of Education, Winneba.
He is currently a company secretary to two prestigious institutions and also a board member for two other companies aside his enviable position at Global Relief Consult.
Dzaisu is a conference speaker at educational forums and conducts public advocacies particularly for religious groups and local communities on domestic violence, acquisition of property and Wills as his personal contribution to the society. He is a member of the standing committee and the head of legal, risk and governance of the LITAPEH GROUP and ASDIF which are both NGOs.
Dr. Sa-ad Iddrisu is a distinguished economist with a PhD from Wayne State University and
extensive expertise in macroeconomic and monetary policy, economic growth, and economic
damage analysis. Currently serving as Economic Advisor at Ghana’s Ministry of Finance, he
provides critical fiscal and monetary policy support, drives national budget research, and
represents the Ministry in both local and international forums.
Previously, as Chief Economist for the Louisiana State Government (LED), he advised governors and other state
agencies, contributing to over $30 billion in new investments and significant job creation. His
analytical skills utilise advanced tools such as Stata and Python to improve economic
forecasting accuracy.
Dr. Iddrisu has also been a dedicated educator, teaching economics and
statistics at Wayne State University and Essex County College, where he enhanced student
research capabilities. His career includes leadership in workforce training and grant
management, complemented by memberships in professional economic associations such as
the American Economic Association (AEA) and multiple certifications in leadership and
macroeconomic diagnostics. He is recognised for combining academic rigour with practical
policy impact.
James Agyenim-Boateng

James Agyenim-Boateng is a seasoned lawyer, communications consultant, and media executive with a career spanning law, governance, and corporate leadership. Currently serving as the Acting Managing Director of SIC Insurance PLC, he brings a wealth of experience in strategic communication, business management, and organizational leadership.
Before joining SIC Insurance, James led NBC Limited as Chief Executive Officer, where he oversaw growth, innovation, and client relations over a successful seven-year tenure. Currently serving as a dedicated teacher with the Ghana Education Service in Adobewura, Sakina has played a key role in shaping young minds and promoting quality education since 2011. Her passion for leadership and development extends beyond the classroom — she serves as a Regional Women’s Wing Committee Member and Financial Committee Member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Ashanti Region, where she contributes to strategic planning, women’s empowerment initiatives, and grassroots mobilization.
